Tiles Experts focuses on one trade: tile. Installation, repair, and waterproofing for bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and commercial spaces across Ottawa. We don’t spread across flooring, painting, and drywall – tile is what we do, and specializing means fewer surprises on the setting method, the materials, and the timeline.
We look at the space in person or from your photos and measurements, check the substrate, and only then write the quote.
The quote names the scope, the tile, the waterproofing and the price, and any workmanship warranty is set out in it.
Showers, tub surrounds and commercial washrooms get membrane waterproofing under the tile, not as an afterthought.
We do not take on flooring, painting or drywall jobs. Tile installation, repair and waterproofing is the whole business.
We assess the space in person before quoting, so the scope and price are clear before anything starts.
Showers, tub surrounds, and commercial washrooms get proper membrane waterproofing under the tile – not an afterthought.
We explain why a setting method, material, or repair approach is right for your space, in terms that make sense.

Our office is at 81 Metcalfe Street in downtown Ottawa, open daily by appointment. From there we work across Ottawa and the surrounding communities, from the urban core out to Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, and beyond.
Tiles Experts works across Ottawa and the surrounding communities on residential and commercial tile projects – new installations, repairs, and full wet-area waterproofing rebuilds. Every job starts with an in-person look at the space, because the right setting method, substrate prep, and material depend on what's actually there: the existing subfloor, the tile body being installed, and whether the area needs waterproofing membrane behind it.
We work directly with homeowners on bathrooms, kitchens, and floors, and with property managers and commercial clients on retail, office, and multi-unit spaces. In both cases, the approach is the same: assess honestly, quote in writing, and set the tile to hold up – not just to look right on install day.
